About the Role

The Document Controller will play a vital role in managing and maintaining all project-related documents, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance with company standards. The selected candidate will be responsible for handling documentation for large-scale construction projects, ensuring smooth communication between project teams, consultants, and contractors.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and control all project documentation according to company procedures.
• Ensure documents are properly filed, organized, and easily accessible.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and site teams to ensure timely document submissions.
• Maintain records of drawings, technical documents, and correspondence.
• Ensure document revisions and updates are properly tracked and distributed.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of experience with reputed main contractors in the UAE.
• Proven expertise in technical documentation for major construction projects.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Must be based in the UAE and available to join immediately or within 2 weeks.
