Role Summary

As a Manager within PwC’s Oracle Services Practice, you'll be instrumental in helping clients adopt, implement, and optimize Oracle HCM Cloud solutions to achieve their digital transformation goals. You’ll engage in strategic initiatives across human capital management, HR operations, performance management, learning, compensation, and more.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and deliver end-to-end Oracle HCM Cloud implementations

  • Conduct workshops for requirement gathering and solution design

  • Configure and support modules like Core HR, Benefits, Time & Labour, Compensation, Recruitment, Learning, and Performance

  • Perform business process analysis and define functional requirements

  • Manage teams or tracks for large-scale HCM projects

  • Communicate directly with clients and provide advisory services

  • Contribute to proposal writing and client presentations (desirable)


Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum Experience: 8 years in Oracle HCM Cloud (Fusion)

  • End-to-End Implementations: Minimum 4 full lifecycle implementations

  • Expertise in Modules: In-depth experience in at least 3 of the following:

    • Core HR

    • Compensation

    • Benefits

    • Leave Management

    • Time & Labour

    • Recruitment

    • Performance

    • Learning

  • Track Record: Demonstrated success in solution delivery, client engagement, and team leadership

  • Education: BTech / MBA (or equivalent)

  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills

  • Certifications (Desirable): Oracle Certified in any HCM module

  • Added Advantage:

    • Experience in domestic (India) implementations

    • Exposure to project management roles

    • Experience in proposal writing and client demos


Preferred Skills

  • Oracle Fusion HCM

  • Oracle Fusion Applications Security (optional)
