Position Details

Key Responsibilities
As an HSE Officer, you will play a vital role in maintaining the highest safety standards across all site operations. Your responsibilities will include:
- Implementing and monitoring **HSE policies, procedures, and standards.**
- Conducting **risk assessments** and **toolbox talks.**
- Overseeing **Permit-to-Work (PTW)** systems and ensuring compliance.
- Carrying out regular inspections, audits, and **incident investigations.**
- Preparing detailed **HSE reports** and maintaining accurate documentation.
- Promoting a proactive **safety culture** among all staff and subcontractors.
Candidate Requirements
- Experience: 3–5 years of HSE experience in **construction** or **precast projects.**
- Education: Bachelor’s degree (or equivalency) + valid **NEBOSH certification.**
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of PTW, risk assessments, and site safety protocols.
- Skills: Excellent communication skills in English and the ability to lead safety initiatives effectively.
