About the Role
As a Lifting Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring all lifting operations are carried out safely and efficiently in compliance with relevant standards and company procedures. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of lifting equipment, rigging practices, and safety regulations within the construction or oil & gas industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate all lifting activities on-site.
- Ensure all lifting operations are planned, risk-assessed, and executed safely.
- Verify the condition and certification of lifting equipment before use.
- Communicate effectively with crane operators, riggers, and site management.
- Maintain compliance with HSE policies and industry regulations.
Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience as a Lifting Supervisor.
- Valid **Lifting Supervisor certification**.
- Strong knowledge of lifting plans, rigging, and load handling.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Commitment to safety and teamwork.
