About the Position

The Site Engineer will be responsible for overseeing and directing on-site operations to guarantee the timely and successful execution of steel structure erection projects. The role is based across major hubs including **Sharjah, Dubai, and Abu Dhabi**, offering significant project exposure.

Essential Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage daily steel structure erection and fabrication activities.
• Coordinate rigorously with project, QA/QC, and safety teams to ensure full compliance with all work standards.
• Review and accurately interpret shop drawings, verifying that all installations meet approved design specifications.
• Prepare comprehensive site reports, manage manpower tracking, and provide regular progress updates.

Candidate Profile

• **Education:** Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil or Mechanical Engineering.
• **Experience:** Minimum of **3–8 years** in the structural steel or PEB industry (**UAE/GCC experience preferred**).
• Demonstrated strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills.
• **Note:** Immediate joiners are highly preferred for this role.
