Lead civil construction for a major offshore ADNOC Project on **Al Omairah Island**, Abu Dhabi. Seeking senior EPC talent for immediate mobilization.

Key Responsibilities

• ✅ Lead planning, execution, and monitoring of all civil construction activities.
• ✅ Manage day-to-day site operations as per ADNOC and Tecnicas Reunidas requirements.
• ✅ Supervise construction teams, subcontractors, and multiple project interfaces.
• ✅ Ensure compliance with project drawings, specifications, QA/QC standards, and HSE regulations.
• ✅ Track project progress and implement corrective actions to stay on schedule.
• ✅ Coordinate with engineering, procurement, project controls, and HSE departments.
• ✅ Maintain a strong safety-first culture across all offshore construction activities.

Mandatory Requirements

• ⭐ **Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering** (non-negotiable).
• ⭐ 15+ years’ experience in Offshore / Oil & Gas / EPC / ADNOC civil construction.
• ⭐ Strong leadership qualities to manage teams in remote offshore environments.
• ⭐ Must be **immediately available** for deployment.
