Position: Senior Manager – PMS & AIF Finance & Operations
The Pivotal Role
As a Senior Manager – PMS & AIF Finance & Operations, you will play a pivotal role in managing multiple funds and ensuring smooth fund operations. You will be responsible for maintaining SEBI compliance, overseeing financial controls, and driving automation and process improvements across our investment platform.
Key Responsibilities in Detail
- Manage end-to-end operations for Portfolio Management Services (PMS) and Alternative Investment Funds (AIF).
- Ensure accurate fund accounting, NAV computation, and financial reporting.
- Maintain strict adherence to SEBI regulations and compliance frameworks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance operational efficiency.
- Implement **automation initiatives** to streamline processes and improve accuracy.
- Provide leadership and **mentorship** to the operations and finance teams.
Qualifications Sought
The successful candidate must possess:
- Chartered Accountant (CA) or MBA (Finance) from a reputed institution.
- 10–12 years of experience in fund operations, accounting, or finance within PMS, AIF, or investment management firms.
- Strong understanding of SEBI guidelines, fund structuring, and investor reporting.
- Proven ability to manage multiple funds and deliver operational excellence.
