The Role & Responsibilities
As our Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be the face of the company for all prospective talent. You will own the hiring engine from initial brief to successful onboarding.
- End-to-End Lifecycle: Manage job briefs, sourcing, screening, and offer negotiations.
- Advanced Sourcing: Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean, and X-ray search to find passive talent.
- Stakeholder Management: Partner with hiring managers to define role frameworks.
- ATS Optimization: Maintain systems (Greenhouse/Lever) to ensure a stellar candidate experience.
- Proven experience in SaaS, Tech, or Startup hiring.
- Hands-on expertise with modern Applicant Tracking Systems.
- Ability to close mid-to-senior level roles independently.
- Strong analytical skills for tracking hiring metrics.
