Key Responsibilities

Primary Tasks

• End-to-end recruitment for Non-IT roles globally.
• Source top talent via LinkedIn, Job Portals, and Networking.
• Manage bulk hiring projects under tight deadlines.
• Conduct screening, initial interviews, and offer negotiations.
• Maintain candidate data using ATS/CRM systems.
