Job Description
As an IT Recruiter at Lorven Technology, you will be responsible for handling the complete recruitment lifecycle for junior to senior-level technical positions. This role requires strong sourcing skills, technical understanding, and excellent communication abilities.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end IT recruitment for multiple technical positions.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, social media, and internal databases.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews to evaluate technical fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with technical panels and hiring managers.
- Handle candidate follow-ups, feedback collection, and offer negotiation.
- Maintain accurate recruitment trackers and MIS reports.
