Candidates must navigate through a rigorous multi-stage selection process:
- Written Exam: Paper-I (Objective) & Paper-II (Descriptive).

- Personality Test: Interview conducted by UPSC.
💰 Salary & Benefits
Selected candidates will be appointed as Assistant Commandants (Level 10) with a starting basic pay of ₹56,100 plus DA, HRA, Transport Allowance, and various other perks totaling approximately ₹90,000+ per month at current rates.
