POSITION OVERVIEW 💼

The Executive – Operations and Service will be responsible for managing post-sales gold loan operations at the branch, ensuring strict process adherence, accuracy in valuation, and timely service delivery to customers.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 🧭

1. Ensure smooth fulfillment of gold loan process post-sales, including accurate data entry by marketing executives.
2. Conduct **gold audits and valuations** accurately as per company guidelines.
3. Supervise and enforce strict **vaulting process and security policies**.
4. Maintain policy adherence and ensure **TAT (Turnaround Time) compliance** at the branch level.
5. Provide continuous feedback to head office authorities on credit policies and local market trends.
6. Conduct training sessions for new hires on gold valuation and operational procedures.

REQUIRED PROFILE 🎓

• **Qualification:** Graduate (Any Stream).
• **Experience:** 1–4 years of experience **specifically in the gold loan industry**.
• Strong understanding of the **gold appraisal and valuation process**.
• Proven ability to train team members on operational processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
