POSITION OVERVIEW 💼

The role of Executive – Operations and Service is to manage and oversee the gold loan post-sales operations, ensuring process compliance, policy adherence, and timely customer service at the branch level.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 🧭

1. Manage the fulfillment of gold loan processes post-sales, including basic data entry by marketing executives.
2. Conduct training sessions for new hires on Gold Loan policies and operational processes.
3. Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain TAT (Turnaround Time) for smooth operations.
4. Supervise and ensure adherence to the **Vaulting Process & Security Policies**.
5. Conduct **gold audits and valuations** as per company standards.
6. Provide regular feedback to Head Office on credit policies, local market conditions, and operational updates.

REQUIRED PROFILE 🎓

• **Qualification:** Graduate (Any Stream).
• **Experience:** 1–4 years of experience **specifically in the Gold Loan industry**.
• Strong knowledge of the **Gold Appraisal and Valuation Process**.
• Ability to train team members on appraisal and evaluation standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• High attention to detail and commitment to policy and process compliance.
